"Manes" Charitable Foundation was established in 2005. The founders are: "Vallex Group" companies’ executive board chairman Valeri J. Mejlumyan, Dr. Hamlet S. Tamazyan, General director of Yerevan Surgery Institute after Mikaelyan and Philological Sciences doctor, professor Sergo S. Yeritsyan.
